Downtown L.A, CA

Downtown L.A. has been going through quite the change these past couple of years. One thing that hasn't changed are the characters who have resided there when no one went to hang out downtown. 

"You can't take my picture, I'm an undercover cop"  That was this gentlemen's response after I asked if I could take his picture. Then he rolled up to me, and a 40 min conversation started.  Afterwards he said..."I had to come over to see if you were up to no good, before I could let you take my picture."  -Commander Garfield
