We all need help

We as humans all need help, whether we would like to admit it or not.  It is also one of our natural instincts to want to help others, but why is it we find ourselves in situations where we deny help, or refuse to help?

"We make ourselves a place apart

Behind light words that tease and flout,

but oh, the agitated heart

Till someone find us really out.

The understanding of a friend.
